Tamara (Tam) Mackroy is a Project Manager by Corp trade. She holds multiple degrees with the highest being her MS in Human Services with a Concentration in Social Policy, Analysis and Planning and she holds various certifications.

Tam is the owner and Program Project Management Consultant for Management & Consultative Favor, LLC and the Founder/President of a newly formed nonprofit Maternal Matters Favored Inc.

Tam sits on various Boards and Committees and is very active in the Central FL community. She is also a proud mom of her 19 yr old son, named Stephen, and a Maltese and Chiwawa mix 8 yr old dog, named Carmelo.

You can catch Tamara every Sunday at Newborn Fellowship-Orlando where she carries out the Sunday announcements and serves on the Hospitality Ministry. She is also studying to become an Evangelist.
